Appointment setting for a tree service company
Residential work pays the bills and commercial work smooths the year. Property management companies, HOA boards, apartment ownership groups, cemeteries, golf courses, school districts, municipalities and builders clearing lots all buy tree work on a schedule, and most of them are using somebody they are not thrilled with.
Almost nobody calls them. That is the opening. A property manager with eleven buildings gets pitched by roofers every week and hears from a tree company with photos and a certificate of insurance ready maybe twice a year.
The calls are not clever. They find out who signs, they ask when the current arrangement comes up for renewal, and they book a 20 minute walk through of one property. Contract cycles run long, so the appointments show up in weeks and the contracts often close a season later.
What the calling produces immediately is a real list: the decision maker at every managed property in your county, with renewal dates attached. That list keeps paying long after the calling stops.
